The apartment on the ground floor of the villa is an airy, beautiful and finished vacation home.
It has a spacious veranda furnished with table and chairs, partly shaded, where you can spend time outdoors, have lunch and dinner in the cool air.
The entrance is into a large open kitchen to the living room. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, including 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom and 1 twin bedroom with single beds.

The vacation home is part of a villa in Campomarino di Maruggio, a lively seaside resort on the Ionian coast of Salento. It stands at the end of a private road, from which there is direct access to the beach.
The crystal clear sea with turquoise hues and the beach of soft golden sand are really 20 meters away. Near the villa there are all the main activities, typical restaurants and equipped bathing beaches.
 




- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 60 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Mosquito nets not in all the rooms.
- Shared outdoor shower.
