This two-story home has 2 parking spaces right at the front door; big enough to park larger vehicles such as Rv, boats, etc. Additional guest parking by the community pool which is nearby and ready for you to jump in. Along with an community tennis court for you to enjoy as well as a lovely deep water dock to frequent.

When you enter the home, to the left you will find a fully stocked kitchen which over sees the dining area and a spacious living room which offers comfortable seating and a large flatscreen television. The living room then leads to the patio through a sliding glass door. You will find a half bathroom on this floor.

Your trip up the stairs delivers you directly to a full bathroom. On this floor you will find the laundry room with a fully equipped washer and dryer. The master bedroom which has a cozy king size bed, a flatscreen TV, spacious closet, and a deck balcony screened off from the room overlooking the lawn; perfect for morning coffee. The second bedroom has a full size on the bottom, twin on the top bunkbed. As well as a flatscreen TV and spacious closet.

Super Cute Condo

Super clean Felt safe in the complex Owner easy to communicate with Just too far for us as we were in Destin every day but that is our misunderstanding of location. It was quiet. Pool waa good clean. Neighbors all around super friendly. Great stay.

Great location between Navarre Beach and Destin

When I booked it I thought it was a water view property but my fault for not reading enough. Our view was of the very busy hwy and that's all we heard when trying to sleep at night. The walls are also very thin could hear full conversations the neighbors had late at night. Otherwise it was a great inbetween rental of Navarre Beach and Destin. The kitchen is equipped and owner is very responsive as well.
