Disliked: Cleanliness
Terrible experience. Paid and locked in reservation. Drove 12 hours from NC, arrived to the home to find a car parked in the driveway. Messaged host, No response. Tried calling, no answer. Contacted Support and they tried calling. No response. I was told I’ll be getting a refund but was left to figure out where my family will be staying at 10pm at night. Horrible.

Very clear, and easy contact with owner - would stay again!!!! Pool was very nice!
