Excellent clean property. Phillip is a wonderful host. Always answered my questions quick. Would recommend this place to anyone, would stay here again.furnished with many supplies, linens, snacks. Unique items for kids. Quiet neighborhood. K cup coffee maker. I had to rent a lift chair and Philip was helpful
