Beautiful house and grounds, very nice kitchen and bedrooms in particular. Nice view, especially of sunsets. A stairway leads down to a small private beach, although at high tide, there isn't much beach left. Nice swimming and kayaking, quiet neighborhood, and near to Mashpee Center, so very convenient.

This house was amazing!! If I could give it 6 stars I would. The house was so clean, and had anything you could need for your stay. The owners were great to work with and always responded quickly when needed. We have already had thoughts about rebooking next summer.

Absolutely Stunning

We had an amazing stay at this house! The owner was super responsive and all the basics were supplied. The direct access to the beach made the trip (and was definitely our dogs favorite part).

Mashpee Getaway

We had an absolutely amazing stay in this beautiful home. Home couldn’t have been more perfect. Great space for our family to cook, enjoy dinners, play games, enjoy the views. Was like it’s own private resort with access to a beautiful beach, kayaks, paddle board. Thank you so much for a few wonderful family days!

Mashpee Beach House/Family Vacation

Property exceeded our expectations. Great for families….very kid friendly, clean. Beautiful location and house. Private beach, kayaks, and hanging on the scenic deck was plenty. Had an awesome week!
