LOOK NO FURTHER! This 3-bedroom lake house located in Mashpee is the perfect getaway. This lovely property features 1 queen bed and 2 bunk beds, ideal for a family getaway. The 1.5 bathrooms come equipped with a hair dryer for added convenience. Guests can relax and unwind in this phenomenal space with a beautiful patio overlooking the lake, a basketball/tennis court, a fire pit, and a grill. Escape to this peaceful retreat and create lasting memories with your loved ones.

The property is close to hiking trails, perfect for a nature escape and memory-making. This house is located at John's Pond. Kayak and paddleboats are available at the property as well as life jackets (we are not responsible for any accidents, do it at your own risk)

The grill is available for an additional $20, or you’re welcome to use it free of charge if you refill the propane tank before checkout ( should be requested before using).
A firepit is available and it can only be used with adult supervision. Do not remove the burnt firewood and be careful with alcoholic drinks around it. If your stay is longer than 3 nights and the trash barrels become full, we kindly ask that you take any additional trash to the Mashpee Transfer Station. Please ensure that all trash fits inside the provided bins and do not leave bags outside the barrels, as this may attract wildlife.

Instructions for the Mashpee Transfer Station, along with the required permit, will be provided.

Love lakeside cottage.

Spacious, clean and great location. Only 6 minutes from the best shopping and restaurants at Mashpee Commons. So serene to be located on a lake with tons of activities to enjoy right in your own backyard. Planning to return next year.
