There are 3 bedrooms, which include 1 king and 2 queen beds. 3 full and 1/2 bathroom with laundry and a soaking tub in primary bath. The upstairs loft offers additional space to hang out with a smart tv and a cozy sofa bed with upgraded mattress for extra comfort. Outdoors features a fenced in back yard, a wrap around porch with fireplace and outdoor tv, a patio, a fire pit and a gazebo. On site parking for up to 4 vehicles. A short 1 mi walk to South Cape beach. Amenities includes a playground area for young children, a bocce court and a volleyball area. Property is located on a cul de sac close to deep water boat ramp, New Seabury, Popponessett Restaurant, Mashpee Commons, shopping and many great restaurants. One mi walk to South Cape Beach.
