Escape to this beautiful 1,600 sq. ft. home in the heart of New Seabury, Cape Cod located on a quiet cul-de-sac, within biking distance to popular beaches. Air-conditioned home with 3 bedrooms comfortably sleeps 6 guests, has 2.5 baths, , an outdoor shower, and a spacious deck. A semi-open layout fully furnished provides everything you need to enjoy your next vacation. Outdoor area includes a high top table that seats 6, hammock, & propane BBQ grill!

You can also choose from a number of nearby beaches: 25 Minute walk to the New Seabury Town Beach (semi-private), 15 minute bike ride to Popponesset Spit beach (public), 10 minute car ride to South Cape Beach (public), 15 minute walk to the New Seabury market place (dining and shopping), Lure is a 6 minute car ride (great for evening drinks located right on New Seabury beach). New Seabury is the South Cape’s most desired spot for the summer!

Enjoy other cape activities such as: shopping at Mashpee Commons & Downtown Falmouth, hiking on various nearby trails (one in front of the driveway), exploring Waquoit Bay and golfing to name a few!

Driveway can hold up to 3 Cars depending on size of the car. Parking in cul-de-sac on our side only near mailbox. Great house for weddings at New Seabury, Willowbend, or any other venue located on the cape! Minutes away to the Mashpee Commons.
