Recently renovated to ensure maximum comfort, this home is the perfect retreat for those seeking tranquility without sacrificing proximity to the sea.

The golden beaches of Versilia are just over a kilometer away. To reach them, simply hop on the two bicycles provided and follow the scenic paths through the pine forest: a refreshing ride that leads you directly to the shore.
