Suite Daniela 3 is a spacious apartment located on the 1st floor of a building in Ronchi (Marina di Massa area), just 100 meters from the beach, and close to some basic shops.

The apartment, which shares the same stairs as Suite Daniela 2, can accommodate up to 6 people and has a bathroom with shower, and 2 triple bedrooms, each consisting of 2 double beds, 1 single bed and large wardrobes. One of the bedrooms also has a small balcony.

The living area is furnished with a single sofa bed, two armchairs, a dining table for 4 people, tv and offers direct access to the balcony. The use of the single sofa bed has an extra cost.

Following is an airy a kitchen, provided with a dining table for 4 people, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. From the kitchen you can access a large covered terrace, equipped with a dining table for 6 people.

Free Pocket Wifi is included. Pets are not allowed. External parking is available along the street.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity except heating); bed and bath linen; final cleaning.



Excluded from the price: Heating according to consumption during winter months; use of the single sofa bed (200.00€ per week); tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 200.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
