Celebrated for its Michelin-starred restaurants and gourmet experiences, Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi is nestled between the Bay of Naples and the Gulf of Salerno. Enjoy coastal views across sparkling water towards the tiny Galli Islands and, from one of the terraces, across lush, terraced hillsides scattered with pastel-hued villages towards Capri.



The first of the two villas is set on three floors and retains an indisputable air of grandeur. It overlooks an expansive tree-fringed lawn, leading to the pool (7.26 m x 11 m, deep 1.4 - 1.8 m, available from 1/4 to 31/10) and its attractive decking area. Dine al fresco on the terrace, which has a separate shaded lounge area, or in the very charming outdoor kitchen which is equipped with cupboards, a pizza oven, sink and grill.



The open-plan living space on the ground floor is equally impressive, featuring antique furniture, huge stone archways and fireplaces and traditional Amalfi ceramics. Dine at the imposing wooden dining table (seats 12), looking out through French windows to the garden, or curl up with a book in the cosy lounge area. The atmospheric old-style kitchen has all mod cons and doors to the terrace.



The second villa with 350 m2 spread over three floors, en-suite bedrooms, a spa room and masses of space both indoors and out, is perfect for a large group of friends or several families.

Enjoy al fresco dining on the terrace (barbecue, grill and pizza oven) overlooking a large lawned garden. The pool (12 m x 8 m, deep 1.2 – 1.8 m, available from 1/4 to 31/10) is set on a lower level, in a pretty walled area with terraces shaded by old trees. For additional privacy and sea views, head upstairs to the villa’s furnished roof terrace.



Inside, the ground floor has an open plan layout that is cleverly divided into separate lounge areas, each filled with stylish contemporary furniture. There is a dining area (seats 8), TV area and access to the compact but well-equipped kitchen with a small table. For the ultimate indulgence, relax in the stunning spa area, with its hot tub (with a maximum water temperature of 30 degrees), sauna, gym equipment and pool table. The SPA room can be used on request, for a fee.
