The main living area opens onto the terrace and includes a comfortable lounge, an elegant corner bar with ice maker, and a dining area with a large table seating up to 18 guests. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for both everyday use and entertaining.
Outdoor spaces are a highlight of Villa Baia, with sea-view terraces furnished for relaxation and al fresco dining, perfect for enjoying sunsets over the bay. The villa offers seven comfortable bedrooms, providing privacy and a relaxing atmosphere for families or groups of friends.
