Villa Blue Capri

Blue Skyline Villa is located in the Marciano hamlet of the municipality of Massa Lubrense, surrounded by olive groves and lemon orchards with a breathtaking view of Capri and the Gulf of Naples. Perfect for family and friends trips, Villa Blu Skyline is the perfect place if you are looking for the relaxation that can be offered by an area far from the tourist chaos without moving away from the main destinations of the coast.

The villa can accommodate up to 5 people. The villa, 150 m² with 3 floors, has a spacious double bedroom, with a private bathroom with shower, and a balcony that gives access to the large 100m² terrace from which you can enjoy the spectacular view of the sparkling sea of the coast, the island of Capri and the Gulf of Naples. On the ground floor, the independent kitchen, spacious and tastefully furnished, equipped with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and citrus juicer and induction hob. Three bathrooms, two with shower and the other with washing machine. A living room with sofa bed, fireplace and curved screen OLED TV, which directly overlooks the patio where there is a dining table and an umbrella that partially covers the area. It is important to note that the car must not be more than 1.40 metres wide to be able to reach our structure without complications.
The villa is equipped with a garden of about 1500m² partly arranged as a lemon grove and partly for recreational and panoramic use, which includes a whirlpool, as well as a wood-fired oven for pizzas, ping pong table and foosball table.

IMPORTANT: Please note that the access road to the villa is very narrow, about 1.40 mt therefore no car except small utility vehicles can access it.
The villa has a garage to park scooters and bicycles.

The nearest bus stop is located 450 metres from the villa, about 5 minutes on foot, from which you can reach Sorrento in just 20 minutes (SITA bus) at a cost of €1.50. The nearest beach is Capitan Cook, just 600 metres from the villa, reachable on foot in five minutes (route with avenue and stairs). Equally close to the villa are some of the most famous restaurants in the area; Il Nastro d'Oro is 10 minutes on foot from the villa, Eughenes is 10 minutes by car.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Guests will be required to provide an identity document upon arrival. Tourist tax not included in the price and to be paid on site at a cost of €2.50 per night per guest, minors excluded. Check-in can be done from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. For late arrivals after 8:00 PM, there will be an extra charge of €50, and for arrivals after midnight, an extra charge of €100. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.
