You will be roughly 3 km (1.8 miles) from Massa Lubrense, where you will find restaurants, shops and the stop for SITA bus Sorrento - Massa Lubrense - Nerano line. You will find a grocery store and the closest beach (Spiaggia Marina della Lobra) at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile). You will reach Villa Carminia Grande from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

The area is equipped with chairs, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. By the pool you will also find a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a thrilling view of the island of Capri, of the Bay of Naples and of Mount Vesuvius at a distance. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.
Garden
The garden is 2000 square meters (21500 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an ancient lemon pergola and by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs, two sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. In the garden you will find a children's playground. From the garden you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea.

The terrace is 150 square meters (1615 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the kitchen going down three steps. It is partly shaded by a retractable awning.
