The location, set in the midst of vineyards and olive groves, allows for fascinating walks and exciting bike rides. Just a few meters away is the farm's wine shop: the Terrazza Moris, perfect for wine tastings and the procurement of exceptional local products.



Santa Laura is a large farmhouse that dates to the end of the 18th century. Until the 1950’s, it was used as the primary residence of farmers and their families. After a long and careful renovation, it is now the Moris family's principal “agriturismo" offering discreet and elegant hospitality in the form of 10 fully furnished apartments, gardens, and swimming pool set in an olive tree grove at the top of a hill in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma.



The city tax is not included in the rate and it will be collected at check-out. The Municipality of Massa Marittima charges a tax per person (for people aged 14 years old and older), per night, for a maximum of 7 nights.

Das Quartier ist Teil eines wunderschön gelegenen Agriturismo. Durch die Lage auf dem Hügel hat man von dem Pool und der gemeinschaftlich genutzten Terasse atemberaubende Aussichten auf die umliegenden Olivenheine und Weinberge. Auf dem Nachbarhügel kann man bei der zugehörigen Fattoria den Wein des Weinguts, auf dem sich die Ferienwohnungen befinden, bei einer ebenfalls spektakulären Aussicht verkosten. Lediglich die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer unseres Apartments war etwas schwach, was für uns nicht weiter schlimm war, da wir im Herbst vor Ort waren. Das WLAN funktioniert wunderbar, allerdings nur in den Gemeinschaftsbereichen. Für schlechte Tage gibt es überdachte und schön gestaltete Gemeinschafträume, die gut genutzt werden können.Wir wurden am ersten Tag netterweise mit einer Flasche Wein empfangen, eine Ausstattung von Grundnahrungsmittel (Öl, Salz, etc.) gab es jedoch keine.
