Comfort and modernity: KRISTALL 9 will be the perfect apartment for your vacation or business stay in Lugano. A few minutes from the motorway junctions and only a 8/10 minutes walking distance from Lugano station, this apartment is part of the brand new KRISTALL PALACE, a building with fine finishes and elegant design, built in the scenic area of Massagno. 

The lovely living room is furnished with a TV cabinet and a comfortable sofa, where you can enjoy some relaxation, read a book and watch a movie with friends after a day of sightseeing or work.

The modern kitchen is complete with appliances and everything you need to cook like at home, having lunch and dinner on the table next to it.

The master bedroom is bright and has access to the balcony, furnished with a small table and chairs to sip a coffee at breakfast or to have an aperitif at sunset.

The apartment is completed by a bathroom with large shower.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

KRISTALL 9 is located in Massagno, a residential area of Lugano, from where you can conveniently reach all of Ticino, being just minutes from the Lugano Nord exit of the A2 motorway.

The area is quiet and residential, and within walking distance served by restaurants, stores, supermarkets, and pharmacies. Within a few minutes walk are Pizzeria Gardenia, restaurants Grotto della Salute and Grotto Valletta, and Cinema Lux.

It is also a few minutes walk from the station, from which you can take the funicular to get to the historic center in just 3 minutes, or in 5/6 minutes by taking the steps on foot.

Lugano\'s lakefront and the heart of the historic city can be reached by car in just 10/15 minutes. In the city you can stroll along the cobblestone streets of the center, the Piazza Riforma and Via Nassa, a famous shopping street.
