At the entrance of the property, you will find a self check in lockbox, designed to provide you with a simple, quick, and completely independent arrival experience. The keys to access the property are stored inside the lockbox. After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive all the necessary information, including detailed instructions for collecting the keys and accessing the home. Inside the property, you will also find the remote control to access the private covered parking space, allowing you to park conveniently and safely throughout your stay. The home is equipped with all the comforts needed to ensure a pleasant and relaxing experience. Thanks to its strategic location in Massagno, its proximity to Lugano, and its welcoming atmosphere, you will be able to enjoy an unforgettable stay focused on comfort and well being.

Bed linen and towels are available at the property and are charged based on the actual number of guests staying, at a cost of CHF 13.70 per guest. This system is an advantage for guests, as you only pay for the linen required according to the number of people staying, rather than for all available beds if they are not occupied. We provide high quality professional Swiss standard linen, carefully washed and sanitised at high temperatures to ensure maximum comfort, cleanliness, and safety throughout your stay, in accordance with Swiss quality standards. A baby cot, including bed linen and duvet, is available upon request and for an additional charge. The extra cost is CHF 52.50 per stay. The tourist tax will be paid separately after the reservation has been confirmed. Please note that, at the moment, the property is not yet equipped with Wi Fi. The installation of the service is scheduled after 15 August and will be available as soon as the setup is completed. Additionally, the TV currently available in the property is not functioning.

We kindly ask you to respect the tranquillity of the building during your stay. As the property is located in a residential building, it is important to avoid loud noises and disturbances, especially during the evening and night hours, out of respect for the neighbours. Before your departure, we kindly ask you to leave the used towels in the bathroom and the bed linen on the beds as a gesture of cooperation with our cleaning service. The waste container is located at the entrance of the building. The key to open it is included in the set of keys provided for the property. Please ensure that waste is disposed of properly before check out. Before leaving the property, please make sure to turn off all electronic devices and check that all doors, windows, and balcony doors are properly closed and locked. Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Smoking is allowed only in the outdoor areas, taking care not to leave cigarette butts or any other waste behind.
