Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No smoking within the home allowed. Stains, rips, tears to bedding/Linnen’s and/or furniture may be subject to extra cleaning or replacement fee.
No pets Any event or party must be requested an approved prior, subject to extra fee per day. No shoes to be worn inside the home.
Property rates are for 8 guests maximum. Any guest visiting the home during your stay is an additional per day, per person and must be approved prior.
