On the main level, you will find a dining room with a panoramic window, a dining table, and access to the terrace. Additionally, there are two bedrooms - one with a French bed (160 cm) and another with a bed (120 cm). The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. This level also features an open-hearth fireplace, adding a touch of warmth and charm to the space, as well as a shower/bidet/WC.
