Kurvenreich aber wunderschön gelegen

Ein superschönes Haus in den Bergen gelegen, die Vermieter sind unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit, allerdings darf man beim Autofahren keine Angst vor engen, sehr kurvenreichen Serpentinen haben. Dafür ist die Aussicht auf die Landschaft und die Ruhe dort oben wunderschön.

Super schönes Haus mit riesigem Garten

Super schönes traditionelles Haus. Sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die beiden Besitzer sind sehr hilfsbereit und liebenswert. Ein Aufenthalt ist auf alle Fälle zu empfehlen.

Toskana Urlaub

Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus. Antonio und Paulina, unsere Vermieter waren super nett und hilfreich bei allen Fragen und Anliegen, die wir hatten. Wir haben oft Ausflüge zum Strand unternommen (20-30 Minuten Fahrtzeit vom Haus aus). Der Strand ist kostenfrei und nicht so überfüllt wie die Strandbäder, bei denen man Eintritt zahlen musste. Die Kinder hatten dort einen Riesen-Spaß. Zudem haben wir Ausflüge nach Lucca, Pisa und Florenz in unternommen (Florenz ist ca. 1 Stunde 20 entfernt.) Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll renoviert und eingerichtet und hat auch eine Klimaanlage (die wir nicht gebraucht haben).

Wir haben in dem fantastischen Haus und der Umgebung eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht.

Alles war großartig! Das Haus, die Lage und der Naturstrand ließen keine Wünsche offen. Die Vermieter des Hauses sind unglaublich nett, zuvorkommend und sehr aufgeschlossen-einfach ganz tolle Menschen.

Wunderschön, entspannt, sehr freundlich

Wir haben mit unserem Hund (grosser komplett umzäunter Garten war goldwert) wunderschöne zwei Wochen in Pera verbracht. Das Haus wurde sehr liebevoll renoviert, die drei Schlafzimmer sehr gemütlich und sauber, das Bad sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles war einfach fantastisch. Die Vermieter, Paula und Antonio sind sehr herzlich und offen, haben uns viele Tipps für die Umgebung, Restaurants und Shopping gegeben. Wir kommen wieder Milena und Boris mit Lotti-Karotti

Bellissimo!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem fantastischen Haus verbracht. Alles ist liebevoll renoviert und dekoriert. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es gibt einen schönen Hof mit Grill und Pergola, eine Sonnenterrasse mit Panoramablick bis zum Meer. Die Ortschaft ist auf den Hügeln vor Viareggio. Es gibt nur wenige Meter entfernt eine kleinen Lebensmittelladen, der täglich von 7 bis 21 Uhr offen ist. Bis zum Meer sind es mit dem Auto ca. 20 Minuten. In Viareggio hat man die Wahl zwischen den Stadtstränden und den Naturstränden. Die Eigentümer des Hauses sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben tolle Tipps für unsere Aktivitäten vor Ort erhalten. Es fehlte uns an nichts! Wir danken Antonio und Paulina für diesen schönen Urlaub!
