Village house in the mountains, calm, in a picturesque landscape

The house is about 45 kilometers from Nice and 45 kilometers from the Valberg ski resort. The 3-storey house, is fully equipped, has a large terrace with open views of the surrounding mountains and a private garden. Massoins is a charming medieval village, a great place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but also a great place to explore the region, the French Riviera, ski resorts and Italy. Hiking trails start from the village (1H30 or 6H culminating at 1300m). There is a grocery store in the next village and numerous shops, restaurants and local vegetable producers in the valley.

House consists of 3 floors:

Ground floor: Living room with dining room, a large south-west terrace which allows you to take meals, relax and enjoy an exceptional, unobstructed view, a stereo CD player and the kitchen with microwave, gas stove, small Italian coffee maker and Philips Senseo, many household appliances. ADSL Wifi is available.

First floor: 3 bedrooms each with a double bed, two with a view and a street side, (possibility of arrangement, an extra bed for one person) or 7 beds maximum, 1 bathroom with with bathtub and WC.

The attic converted into a living room with a desk and a television + DVD

1 cellar with a washing machine, direct access to the garden which allows you to store various equipment (bicycle, hiking equipment ...).

Barbecue and garden furniture (table + 4 chairs)

140m2 in total + terrace + garden

New sheets and towels provided.

It is requested not to smoke inside.

The windows are old, but have shutters and mosquito nets.

The thick walls keep the house cool, even during possible heat peaks.

Electric heating in each room.

The cleaning fee is included in the price.. However the house must be made clean when leaving : kitchen cleaned, all cutlery and clean utensils stored. The bins must be emptied (near the municipal municipal waste sorting site).

No noisy party in the house out of respect for the village and its inhabitants.

Shops and restaurants in the neighboring village, Villars-sur-Var (famous wine, clos de Saint-Joseph 5 km from house), if not a little further, in Touët-sur-Var and Puget-Théniers. Direct sale of local vegetables in the valley.

Public pool with fresh (cold) water from the mountains, flowing all the time and thus, very clean about 250 m from house.
