House set off the Intercoastal w/pool & playground

3 bdr, 2 bath house. Sits on a half acre of a full acre property. 20 x 20 addition living room which is the front entrance and also connects to a door to walk out on the covered porch and a fenced front yard. There is 2 sleeper sofa’s and 2 recliners. Entering the main house is another living room, a big open kitchen with an island and a dining area. Off the kitchen is the coffee bar which has a side door entrance and exit to the playground, firepit, and swimming pool area. Bedroom 1 is the master and has a king bed and en-suite bathroom with a garden tub and a 5ft walk-in shower. 2nd bedroom has 2 full beds. 3rd bedroom has a full bed and twin bunk bed. All rooms have TVs. Included is a laundry shed with 2 washers and 2 dryers. The outdoor space is shared with my other half-acre and has 3 rental cabins. This listing is for the house and outdoor pool/playground area only. This house will be listed as a whole property with 3 cabins/house together.
