Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove anything in spa, replace cover and fasten clips. Make sure all remotes are in place. Do not leave any food or drinks. Set AC to 78 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Excessive dirt, sand, debris, or any damage requiring additional cleaning, water replacement, or repair will result in additional fees.
No parking in the yard or grass.
Replace Swim spa cover when not in use and fasten clips. No food or glass in spa. Don’t stand or sit on cover. Children must be supervised by adult.
