This property offers a cozy retreat for guests to unwind after a day of activities or night of partying. Once back at the house; you are walking distance from bars, food, liquor store, gas station, dollar store and ice machine (People watching at the ice machine can be priceless fun - you will see what I mean). 1953 Matagorda Original, known as the Old Parsutt house. We've given it comfort updates while trying to maintain the characteristics of the home. The sound of rain on the flat roof will take you back in time. 0.3 miles to Matagorda harbor entrance. 7 miles from the beach.
