The main house features a designer black steel kitchen, airy living and dining spaces, a sleek new bathroom with twin basins, and a separate outdoor-access toilet and an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach — perfect for beach days. Inside, you'll find curated vintage and local New Zealand furnishings alongside original art and unique touches throughout.

This main house opens onto a spacious, sheltered courtyard complete with outdoor couches, BBQ and a dining area for eight — ideal for long summer dinners under the stars.

Three bedroom pods offer total flexibility: bedroom one has a king bed, bedroom two has three singles and bedroom three has two singles — ideal for families or friends. All are light-filled and breezy, opening up to and connected by wide decks with beanbags for lounging. With multiple outdoor zones, kids will stay entertained while adults soak up the sun or settle into a shady nook with a good book.
