has two apartments with bed and breakfast service on the ground floor with independent entrances equipped with all the comforts to better enjoy a pleasant stay in the beautiful MATERA - Città dei Sassi - ensuring moments of great relaxation and tranquility;
The villa is fully fenced and video-monitored with a convenient free parking of 1000 square meters, as well as a garden (in English lawn) of another 1000 square meters with lots of games for children and nice spaces for a good read or just relax.
