Service were very bad No lift, senior citizen will face problem Towel given only 1 for 3 adult After request they given one more

Hotel was okay. Nothing special. It looked very good on website. On the night of second day of visit, there was electricity problem, due to which not only AC but even fan couldn't run. Hotel had only inverter backup, no generator backup. Due to long power-cut even inverter power backup was not available after 2 hours. However, hotel staff was courteous.

I lived in this hotel with kid and parents for 2 nights...The property is new and the owner and staff is very gentle and helpful. The property is in serene location away from the noise and crowd. It provides spacious room with AC and geyser. I didn't tried food but it should be good. The only thing which needs to be done is elevator which is work in progress.. however the helper will drop the luggage in the room. Overall a very good hotel for family and kids...I'll visit again
