This listing is two updated historical fishing cottage apartments from the days when the Matlacha Pass Marine Reserve was a booming fishery. This historic cottage provides beautiful views, open water breezes and the best feature-our sunsets falling into nature!

Fishing is recommended. Swimming is not! Take a day trip to Costa Maya from Pine Island for the best beach in the US!
