Welcome to Valley View a spacious apartment overlooking Matlock and the surrounding area. This newly renovated apartment offers stunning views and accommodation for four people. There is a bright and modern open plan living, dining and kitchen space ideal for relaxation with friends and family.

Situated on the edge of the Peak District National Park this Matlock apartment is ideally located to visit the Derbyshire Dales. There are plenty of local amenities such as pubs, restaurants and shops on your doorstep due to the apartments central location in Matlock.

The apartment has onsite private car parking with space for two cars.

There is private access to the apartment via a decked veranda area complete with table and chairs for outdoor dining. To note there are six steps to climb in order to access the apartment. Outside the apartment there is a communal garden area that guests can enjoy.
