The interplay of natural light streaming through the archway windows creates a serene and inviting atmosphere, making it the perfect backdrop for relaxation and rejuvenation. On the first floor, you will find two elegantly furnished double bedrooms that promise restful nights, along with a well-appointed bathroom equipped with a shower over the bath, WC, and basin. This apartment is just a short walk from the center of Matlock, making it an ideal base for exploring the picturesque Peak District and the enchanting Derbyshire countryside. With its vibrant buildings lining the River Derwent, Matlock has been a cherished tourist destination since the late 17th century when its spa waters were discovered. Guests can enjoy leisurely strolls through the Riverside Gardens, embark on scenic walks along Lovers Walks and Giddy Edge, or hike to High Tor for breathtaking panoramic views. Please note that this beautiful retreat is not suitable for children under the age of 10, and we are unable to accommodate pets or stag/hen party groups.
