9月で20度以下になる日だったのですが、まだ暖房が出ないと言われました。長袖があったからまだよかったですが、予約時にアナウンスがあれば良かったなと思いました。到着後フロントマンの方が丁寧に説明していただけたのでそこまで嫌な気持ちにはならなかったのですが、やはり冷え込みましたので、ちょっと引っかかりました。

とてもよいホテルでした。

快適でした

夜のバイキングを朝食を申し込んでいたと言うことで無料でサービスしていただけました。（今回の特別サービスだったのかもしれません） 部屋の空調を付けたら少し風が冷たく感じたことをフロントに伝えると、早速毛布を用意してくださりました。 お風呂は露天風呂付きで朝もチェックアウト直前まで入れる対応でありがたかったです。 バイキング形式の食事で家族それぞれが食べたいものを食べられて我が家としては満足でした。 二泊三日の旅行でコインランドリーと乾燥機もあり、売店で洗剤を売っていたので利用でき旅帰りの負担を減らすこともできました。

シーズンにもよりますが、朝食、大浴場付きで、この値段だとコスパ高いですね。夕食に関しては、生ビールとアイスクリームもバイキングの内容に含まれ、お得感があります。まぁ、料理の味はまぁまぁですが…笑笑 あとは、浴場に歯ブラシとかを置いてくれたり、部屋にタオル入れる袋を置いてくれたりすると、とても助かります。

4人家族で3泊しました。部屋は広く食べ放題の設定のためか小学校程度の子供連れのかたが多かったです。 食事が朝と夜で同じようなものが多かったので、夕食は1度だけお世話になり後はホテルを降りてすぐのそばやで食べたり、昼に茅野方面で買い込んで部屋で食べたりしました。全体的にきれいで良い印象です。 何より夏の白樺湖はきれいでしたし1周4km程度の散歩でも朝・夕ともに汗をかかず快適でした。また行く際にはお世話になるつもりです。

こちらの施設の問題ではないのでここで書くのは申し訳ないのですが静かに過ごしている所に花火の爆音がして正直残念でした。白樺湖の宿泊施設で情報共有していただければチェックインのなどで周知も出来たように思えます。後お風呂の出入口が自動で閉まると良いですね。人によっては閉めない人もおり開けっ放しで何度か寒い思いをしました。食事も朝食をいただきましたが満足いくものでクロワッサンも大変美味しくおかわりをさせてもらいました。白樺湖へくる際は再度利用したいと思います。
