The area is famouse for the best Matsusaka Beef. Great restaurant is within a walking distance. Convenience store is behind this hotel for any quick bite. Hotel staff is super helpful and friendly. Free breakfast included the local dish, which is a nice touch. Truly enjoyed the stay!

Typical style Japanese business hotel - small but clean, and has all the basics but no frills. However the room did feel a little bit dated. Good location near Matsusaka station and city centre. Buffet-style Japanese breakfast was acceptable, but nothing special.

Very limited seats at the breakfast area so we (4pax) cannot sit together. Suggests that the hotel allows to choose the time slots for breakfast like other hotels to control the crowd. The breakfast is simple but delicious. The room is also spacious and plenty parking space. Will choose this hotel if we visit this place again.

It was really easy to access from nearby train station and convenient for travellers who concern for work or pleasure. The room is cleanompact and fully loaded all facilities. The breakfast is good enough. My wife ,and really enjoyed for one night stop there.

安定、安心の東横インさん

家族と伊勢参りのために宿泊しました。 全国の色々なホテルを利用しますが、東横インさんは何度も利用するホテルです。お部屋の「清潔さ」「ご当地の食材」を取り入れているところが気に入っています。特に清掃は細かなところまでホコリもなくいつも安心して過ごせます。ここは東横インさんの素晴らしいところだと思います。 【お食事】 私が利用した時（三連休）では6時30分開始の朝食は並んでいました。皆さん、楽しみのようで、お食事も足りないことがなく、次から次へと運んでくれます。今回、ご当地グルメは「伊勢うどん」「井村屋のあんこ」でした。 他にも挽きたてコーヒーを利用できます。とても美味しいです。ただし、利用には時間制限があります。 ただ、地域によって置かれているアメニティが違うのだと改めて感じました。 今回はアメニティが限定されていること、体を洗うスポンジやタオルはないため、手で洗いました。フロントなどにも置いていませんので、利用される方は用意が必要かもしれません。 昨今のSDGsを考えるとよい取り組みだと思いますし、外国人も増えてマナーの観点からも、色々なルールが変更になっているのかもしれません。 ただ、旅やビジネスで疲れているとゆったりと安心して過ごしたいので、部屋でくつろげるように、自分で用意しなくても、アメニティを使える選択肢があると良いと思いました。 （外国の方は手で洗う方も多いと思いますので、一概に言えませんが…） 【フロント】 東横インさんの「いってらっしゃいませ」「おかえりなさい」の挨拶はとても癒されます。フロントの対応も笑顔が素敵てとても良かったです。 研修中の方の対応もとても良かったですが、遠方からの方は疲労が蓄積していますので、ベテラン方が臨機応変に対応してくださるほうが良かったかもしれません。 【余談】 ご当地グルメの朝食や、清掃が行き届いている清潔なホテル、フロントに「不足分の」アメニティを取りに行くスタイルでは、長崎出島にある「エクスペリアホテル」はフロント対応がとてもよく、アメニティはお部屋にも充実しており、こちらはバストイレ別で部屋に入ってゆったりと休めました。 旅やビジネスで知らない土地に行く時は土地の事情がわからないので、 土地のことを親切に教えてくれたり、 フロントで旅やビジネスの疲れを労ってくれると、有り難さが倍増しています。
