직원들도 엄청 친절하고 무엇보다 호텔이 언덕 위에 위치해있는데 도고 온천 본관과 쇼핑거리에서 다니기 쉽도록 엘레베이터가 있다는 점이 좋았습니다. 그리고 방이 진짜 일본 호텔이라고 믿을 수 없을 만큼 컸어요 ㅎㅎ 대욕탕도 좋았습니다. 화장실 물은 온천 아닌데 대욕탕 물은 온천인것 같습니다.

到着してからチェックアウトまで 何も言うことなし！とても素晴らしい宿でした。（夕食はつけていないのでわかりませんが） 客室、お風呂、ロビーなど館内全てがきれいで、スタッフの皆さんもとても丁寧な応対でした。 道後温泉へ行く知人がいたらお勧めしたいと思います。

どのスタッフの方も親切で、笑顔で対応して下さいました。 部屋に服を2着忘れて帰ってしまい(初めての忘れ物)電話をして　着払いで送って下さい　と　お伝えしたら　もう翌日に荷物が届いて　ご丁寧にお手紙と入浴剤まで同封して下さり本当に良いホテルに宿泊出来ました。 お部屋も綺麗で、晩ご飯、朝食も本当に美味しかったです。又、道後温泉に行く事があれば　又　泊まりたいと思ったホテルでした。
