どのスタッフの方も親切で、笑顔で対応して下さいました。 部屋に服を2着忘れて帰ってしまい(初めての忘れ物)電話をして　着払いで送って下さい　と　お伝えしたら　もう翌日に荷物が届いて　ご丁寧にお手紙と入浴剤まで同封して下さり本当に良いホテルに宿泊出来ました。 お部屋も綺麗で、晩ご飯、朝食も本当に美味しかったです。又、道後温泉に行く事があれば　又　泊まりたいと思ったホテルでした。
