In the hamlet Jurdanići 150 m from the centre of Jurdani, 3 km from the centre of Matulji, in a sunny position, 6 km from the sea. For shared use: property 1'170 m2 (fenced) with lawn 200 m2, trees. Terrace (16 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 600 m, supermarket 3.5 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 750 m, pebble beach 6 km, concrete beach 6 km.
2-room house 60 m2 on 2 levels. Living room with 1 sofabed (100 cm, length 200 cm), cable TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with sliding door with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. On the lower ground floor: open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. No heating option. Balcony furniture. View of the countryside.
