Newly renovated, bright and spacious flat with a beautiful sea view, just a few minutes drive from the centre, restaurants, beaches, the Lungomare promenade, shops and the bus stop. The flat is located on the 2nd floor in a new residential unit built in 2010 and surrounded by a beautiful and relaxing Mediterranean garden. Parking is possible on the same plot just opposite our flat.
The flat inside: Spacious living room with air conditioning, flat screen TV with satellite channels, pull-out sofa 290x200cm) that easily converts into a bed for one or two more people. In front of the large windows with sea views and plenty of air and sunlight, the kitchen is brand new and fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge with small freezer compartment, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, cooking utensils and crockery.
The bathroom is newly renovated and spacious with shower. Washing machine and hairdryer are available.
TWO separate bedrooms are equipped with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) for two people and a wardrobe. There is also the option of adding a single bed (90 x 200) and a separate folding BABY BED.
WLAN, air conditioning and heating are available throughout the flat.
Outside: Small terrace with direct sea view and gazebo.
Parking is available in the private car park opposite the property. (1 reserved parking space).
