The house is located in a small village called Vela Mune, surrounded by orchards, meadows, a small lake and forest. The interiors are decorated with love and exude a warm atmosphere. Since it is connected in two separate units, it can comfortably accommodate two families.



Through the spacious terrace on the second floor you enter the living room with a kitchen, which is connected by an internal spiral staircase to the upper floor, where the bedrooms are located. On the first floor of the second house there is a spacious kitchen, on the second floor there is a living room and on the second floor in the high attic there are three bedrooms.



Spend pleasant moments during the warm summer days on the spacious, beautifully furnished terrace in front of the house or refresh yourself in the pool.



Visit the nearby Opatija Riviera with its beautiful beaches and the historical town of Kastav. Also, don't miss to try the Mediterranean specialties in the local restaurants.



Note: The ceiling height in the attic is about 80 cm in some places.
