Villa Lella , nalazi se u samom srcu šume iznad grada Opatije, te se iz nje pruža prekrasan pogled na more, grad Rijeku i šumu. Sastoji se od prizemlja i kata koji su međusobno povezani unutarnjim stepenicama. Tu su dvije spavaće sobe, dvije kupaonice, dnevni boravak sa dječjim kutkom, te kuhinja. Opremljena je novim uređajima, svaka soba ima svoj klima uređaj te svoju smart led tv ravnog ekrana sa besplatnim wi-fiem. Od aparata tu su također i perilica za rublje, perilica suđa, pečnica, mirkovalna pečnica, aparat za kavu, kuhalo za vodu, toster... Vanjski dio kuće sadrži veliko dvorište u kojem se nalazi jedna manja terasica sa pogledom na more, zatim veća terasa na kojoj možete uživati u vlastitom bazenu i sunčanju. U sklopu druge terase nalazi se prostor sa kaminom za grill i mala "konobica" .
Gostima je također u sklopu objekta dostupan ograđeni parking koji je besplatan.
Ukoliko se želite odmoriti, dobro naspavati, biti daleko od gradske gužve i buke onda je ovo pravo mjesto za vas. Ukoliko se ipak zaželite grada, restorana, izlaska, onda je tu blizu na oko 6 km Opatija . Mjesto je također pogodno za one koji vole šetat po šumi, planinariti, imaju quadove ili bicikle.
