This eco-friendly home features a wood stove, solar heating, and large south-facing windows for a bright, comfortable stay. High-speed fiber Wi-Fi is perfect for remote work. The property is 500 m from the Loire River and on the Loire à Vélo cycling route. Saint-Florent-le-Vieil Abbey is a 5-minute drive, and Puy du Fou is about 45 minutes away by car. Shops are just 5 minutes from the house. The ground floor is accessible for guests with reduced mobility. Bed linens can be booked on request, available for an additional fee.
