This quiet residence is located only 40m away from a large sand beach composed of 3 one bedroom apartments and a Duplex 4 bedrooms apartment. All are air-conditioned.
The building is through with a view of the sea and the street to the front and a view of a garden with trees and tennis courts to the back.
The garden is shaded, fenced, quiet and equipped with an electric barbecue. Access is exclusive for residents.

The car park is private, covered and secure. A place is reserved for this apartment.

The balcony is 5 m2 with composite glass railings and its very large bay window, make the apartment bright and open to the outside.

The equipments are brand new: oven, microwave, combi, induction hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, vacuum cleaner.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people: adults or children.
The bedroom consists of a 140X190 bed, a large wardrobe, a desk and a chair.
The living room has a table for lunch comfortable for 4, an equipped kitchen, a smart TV, a coffee table and a 140X190 sofa bed. Everything is new.

The fiber is installed in order to be able to do Homeoffice in excellent conditions. Wi-Fi is free.
