Beautiful one-bedroom apartment in a modern building on the first floor with elevator, just a two-minute walk from the beach. Very spacious and bright, facing west, it features a large living room with an open-plan kitchen leading onto a large terrace with outdoor furniture, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and toilet, and a laundry room. Private parking is available within the building. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. Towels and linens are available for rent upon request and payable on site. Cleaning is available as an optional extra.
Pets are not allowed.
Amenities include: dishwasher, washing machine, flat-screen TV, reversible air conditioning, and easy access to the beach.
