Located in Mauguio, between Montpellier and the sea, Villa Cocoon allows you to enjoy a relaxing holiday. This air-conditioned villa of 80 m² consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom, two toilets, and can accommodate up to six people. You have access to high-speed Wi-Fi, a projector for TV, a sound system, as well as a washing machine. A baby cot can be provided upon request.



The villa offers a private outdoor area with a pool, a garden with many relaxation areas, barbecue, covered terrace, two balconies upstairs, and a storage room for motorbikes and bicycles. Situated near the Étang de l'Or, a protected natural site known for its wildlife and flora, it offers a peaceful retreat in a picturesque setting.



Public transport is within walking distance and a parking space is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed (available for an extra fee). Smoking is not permitted inside. An electric vehicle charging station is available (service offered for an extra fee).



The hosts own a boat and can organize a day trip at sea with a skipper, to discover a secluded beach or go fishing, with the possibility to observe dolphins. The property encourages waste sorting and has a low-energy lighting system. A detailed welcome booklet will facilitate your arrival and provide you with many activity ideas. An airport and train station shuttle service is also available (service offered for an extra fee). Upon your arrival, you will receive a small local welcome gift.
