Charmante sfeervolle kleine woning, zeer goed uitgerust, met buitenkeuken en prive tuin. Ideaal voor stellen/gezinnen (max 2 volwassen, 2 kinderen).

Gelegen in een beveiligde toeristische residentie op loopafstand van centrum Maussane. Gedeeld zwembad geopend van mei tot oktober, 2 tennisbanen, jeu de boulesveld. Eigen parkeerplaats.

Woning (40m2) bestaat uit een woonkamer met open keuken en toilet. De keuken is volledig ingericht en voorzien van oven, vaatwasser, waterkoker en Nespresso machine. Internet aanwezig.

Bovenverdieping met badkamer met inloop douche en 2 slaapkamers (1x tweepersoonsbed, 1x stapelbed).
