Happy Heaven Cabin - A Paddler`s Delight!

Happy Heaven, a classic `up north` cabin, sits on the banks of the Lemonweir River. While the property is nestled in the woods, it is only a 10-minute drive to the popular eateries and bars in Lyndon Station and just 15 minutes to Mauston and all that it offers.

Our guests will enjoy the wood burning fireplace, screened in porch, gazebo, pool table, canoes, and more. This property is perfect for year-round enjoyment.

The jukeboxes and pinball machine are collectors` items and not for use.

Paddlers will enjoy putting in at the Lemonweir Mills Launch outside of Mauston and making their way back to the property (about 5 miles) or continuing past our cabin to HH which is about a 14-mile trip.

Birders and other wild animal enthusiasts will love the wooded setting that is home to an abundance of wildlife. These animals are common to see at Happy Heaven: owls, woodpeckers, warblers, raptors, water fowl, deer, rabbits, fox, and more. The close proximity to Castle Rock Lake makes for easy boating and fishing days.

The Cabin:

Guests have full access to the game room in the basement, living room, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, screened porch, deck, gazebo, fire pit, and river frontage.

Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed.

The living room and lower level have TV`s equipped with Direct TV. The living room has a wood burning fireplace (bring your own wood).

The kitchen has all the basics and then some. You should have no problem preparing snacks or meals in this kitchen. We do not have a dishwasher, and dishes will need to be washed by hand.

Our property only has a few notable exclusions. The garage and other outbuildings are not available for guest use. Also, some of the collectible electronics in the home (such as the jukeboxes and pinball machine) are collector items and are for looks only.

We are available to help our guests when needed. We usually give our guests the space they expect on a vacation.

This cabin sits in a wooded rural area. The nearest towns are Lyndon Station and Mauston.
• Minimum Age. You must be 21 years of age or older to rent this property
• Right to Evict. We reserve the right to evict immediately, and without warning, anyone who has broken a rule or caused a disturbance
• Guests. People other than those in Guest’s party, set forth above, may not stay overnight in the condo. Visitors beyond the maximum occupancy are not permitted.
• NO SMOKING
• Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited to 6
• Parking. Guests may park up to 4 cars in the driveway
• Pets. The only pets allowed are dogs (maximum 2) up to 60 pounds each and we do not allow breeds that are widely considered aggressive such as, but not limited to, Bull Terriers, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, etc...
• Grilling. You can use our grills but please leave them clean for the next guest.
• Liability. Owner and manager are not responsible for any accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests (as well as others they invite to the premises) are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or its facilities.
• Toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper
• Wildlife. No feeding ducks or wildlife
• Garbage. Garbage from the cabin must be taken to the bins at the end of the driveway.

This cabin offers its guests barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Mauston cabin is smoke free.
