Large village house full of authenticity offering the charm of old and modern comfort located in the charming village of South Meusian rich in heritage and surrounded by greenery.

It is the starting point of many routes adapted for riders, hikers, hunters and cyclists in a calm and relaxing environment.

-Composed of a spacious entrance / dining room, a separate toilet, a bathroom with Italian shower, a hallway, a laundry room, a spacious room of 25 m2 with 1 bed 160 * 200 and a large kitchen of 50m2 with its wood stove open to the living room and giving immediate access to an outdoor terrace facing south and its large garden.

Rust en ruimte

We hebben genoten van het huis. Goede voorzieningen en ruimte in overvloed. Ook het bed was prima. En de tuin...great! Omgeving heel mooi, zeker als je van wandelen houdt. Lionel is een fijne verhuurder. Als ik een minpuntje moet noemen is het de weg waar af en toe best wat verkeer langskomt. Maar verder echt 2 heerlijke weken gehad.

Lovely renovated farm house

We had the most wonderful stay at Lionel‘s lovely renovated farm house! It has everything you need to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of your daily life. The garden is amazing and there even is an old fire place inside if it gets chilly in the evening. Merci et à bientôt!

Réveillon Saint Sylvestre

Excellent séjour entre amis pour soirée tranquille au rythme de la cuisson des bons petits plats sur la cuisinière à bois. Plusieurs grands espaces salons pour créer des espaces enfants et adultes sans se marcher dessus. Bonne literie. Superbe jardin avec une chance inouïe de faire le déjeuner sur la terrasse au soleil le 1er janvier. Vivement que les travaux se poursuivent pour améliorer le confort et revenir faire un séjour.

Grand gîte bien équipé ou il fait bon vivre à l'arrière un joli terrain ou l'on peut manger sur une belle terrasse , l'intérieur très spacieux un joli salon une grande salle de bain de grande chambre pour y dormir vraiment le top pour un séjour .

We zijn een weekje op de boerderij locatie geweest bij Lionel en Frederique. Bijzonder goed bevallen, alles is zeer ruim en goed verzorgd. Bijzonder leuke ontvangst verhuurders zijn erg aardig en hebben alles goed geregeld. We hebben geen minpunten kunnen ontdekken want alles was perfect! We komen zeker terug op deze mooie plek en omgeving. Andre, Christina, en rest van de Familie

Noël à Mauvages

Petit séjour pour Noël dans la propriété de Monsieur et Madame Bontemp juste magnifique.... merci pour la belle attention du sapin de Noël.... propriétaire très à l écoute et aux petits soins pour nous.... très larges sur les horaires de départs et d arrivée, ils sont là pour nous accueillir et lors du départ. Gîte cosy, très chaleureux , descriptif conforme à l annonce, encore mieux que sur les photos.. Nous reviendrons en famille avec grand plaisir pour d autres occasions. Un grand merci pour tout. Super séjour !

Super WE dans ce gîte mêlant parfaitement l'ancien et le moderne. Très confort (on a pas eu froid !), grand, très bonne literie, très fonctionnel (notamment pour les enfants) et un gros plus avec le poêle à bois qui chauffe la cuisine et la salle à manger. Les propriétaires nous ont réservé un très bon accueil, tout était prêt dans la maison et ils ont été très arrangeants sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. On a pas pu profiter de la terrasse et du jardin, mais la vue sur les champs et la forêt est très belle. A recommander !
