The entrance opens into a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, leading to the living/dining area which opens onto the terrace, garden, and swimming pool. Four steps lead down to five bedrooms, each with its own shower room and toilet: three bedrooms with a double bed (140 cm), one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), and one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm). A shared laundry room with the owners includes a washing machine and dryer. The 1500 m² unfenced garden features garden furniture, a 25 m² terrace, a barbecue, and a swing/slide. Parking is available in front of the house for up to four vehicles.
