Worst hotel experience ever! They never cleaned our room and didn’t have towels and soap available. Tv wasn’t working and the glass of the lamp fell on my face while I was sleeping. Spoke to the manager and they said because I did the reservation through expidia they couldn’t do anything. They gave all the responsibility to Expedia.

Quality Assurance

The overall stay was great. From the front desk attendance to the room service. If I can give a more than 5-star I would. There was a misunderstanding on our reservation and the property manager addressed it on the spot. The restaurant is top notch.
