Everything was excellent. The only thing is that that the hot water never reached the 6th floor. The restaurant a little bit slow serving the food.

Upon check in was not advise that the parking had a fee, just fill out the form. Then upon entering the room, was caught off guard with the small room and bed. The pictures and in person completely different. Went to the pool and no pool towels available. Asked front desk and was stated that all the towels were in laundry that all the towels were used alll day because the pool was busy. In the bedroom, no remote for tv, barely any channels, also lost signal on channels mid movie. No creamer, sugar and or stir sticks available for coffee. Upon calling front desk was advised that the housekeepers were around that when they’d knock to ask for it. Waited about 20 minutes. Nothing. Went downstairs and told him that as a guest I shouldn’t have to be waiting for when the housekeeper goes around to see if room is ready for cleaning. Waited another 10 minutes before receiving a cup of milk, 8 sugars and a knife and fork set. Will not be staying at this property again or recommending to anyone.

Room was very clean, staff was friendly. However, we were unable to turn off or lower the AC, due to it being too cold. There are several walkable restaurants for breakfast (Casa Abu, La Cabra Tosta) and lunch.
