This charming cabin in Mayville offers a soothing retreat for guests. Nested just outside of the Village of Mayville, this new rental sits on nearly an acre and offers some privacy with a large back yard offering space for a campfire, ladder ball, cornhole, and more. Multi-level decks offers additional space for entertaining whether it be on the upper deck or the lower. Inside you will find a re-invented garage space that offers seating, a dart board, a poker table, a pool table, a refrigerator, large-screen tv, and a bar for your evenings in. You will find 2 bedrooms on the lower floor with a over-sized half bath with laundry facilities and easy access to the lower deck as well as the rear of the property. The lower bedrooms feature a twin bed in one of the room then a double sized trundle-bed in the 2nd.

On the second floor you will be flooded with natural light from the skylights, will be greeted by an open-concept living, kitchen, and dining with a gas fireplace and large pull-out sofa for additional sleeping arrangements. A modern, spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances and lots of counter space provides everything you need to cook onsite - along with a large dining table, counter stools at the island, along with access to additional dining on the 2nd floor deck from the slider. A Keurig is provided for your convenience - simply bring your favorite, coffee, hot cocoa, or hot cider.

When you need some rest, the third bedroom sits on the second floor and offers a queen-sized bed, a TV, and provides ample space and storage. The full bath rounds out the space with a large soaker tub and a walk-in shower.

This property is a great cozy space giving you the opportunity to eat, sleep, relax, play, and just enjoy your time away. Campfire wood is available for purchase by the bundle just down the street and this property is close to all of your amenities. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.
