Historic Yale Cottage is close to the shore of Lake Chautauqua and Bestor Plaza at The Chautauqua Institution. This third floor walkup has three bedrooms with two full baths, central air, WiFi, smart TV, private covered porch living space, fully equipped kitchen that is newly remodeled, private laundry in unit, cheerful and tasteful furnishings and finishes. Very clean and comfortable for families or friends traveling together. Please note that during the 9 week summer Chautauqua Assembly season a separate gate pass/ ticket must be purchased to enter the grounds.
