Cozy Loft-Pet Friendly-Spacious

Welcome to our loft, centrally located in Mayville, NY. We've brought back the original tin ceilings while modernizing the unit for comfort in a 1901 storefront. Walking in you'll find exposed brick with high windows and hardwood flooring. The loft has a great view from 8 new windows with room-darkening shades. There's plenty of room for up to 4 guests with a king bed in the bedroom and a queen murphy bed in the spacious living room. Chautauqua Lake is a picturesque .5 mi walk and CHQ Institution main gate is 4 miles away.

You'll be comfortable no matter the time of year with window air conditioning, ceiling fans and electric baseboard heaters.

The kitchen is stocked with plenty of supplies for preparing meals with a dining area nearby. We've got both a drip coffee maker and Keurig.

There is a laundry room with washer and dryer off the vestibule leading to the loft stocked with supplies for your use. You can also take advantage of the laundromat with extra large machines located next door (entrance on back side of building).

The apartment is located on the second floor of a 1901 brick building. There is public street parking in front of the building or in the large parking Tops grocery store parking lot next door.

There is a small park at the end of the row of brick storefronts on this block perfect for taking your pet out for a walk. We love the restaurants across the street, Music for Your Mouth and the Pueblo Real. Check out the great coffee, food specials from chef Al and homemade baked goods at Music for Your Mouth and authentic Mexican cuisine at Pueblo Real.

You'll have a code to operate the smart locks on the front door and loft 1 door. There is a seating area at the top of the stairs you are welcome to use as well.

We're available through the Airbnb app and via cell phone for any needs you have during your stay.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
