Located on the first floor, this expansive property has 2 bedrooms each with a King bed and 2 full baths, sleeping 4 very comfortably. One bathroom allows a wheelchair to roll into the large shower, complete with grab bars for that someone who may need just a little extra assistance. Enjoy the large open kitchen and living room area perfect for entertaining or relaxing after a long day of exploring the Institution's expansive grounds. With added amenities such as central A/C, heat, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you'll surely have everything you need to make this your next Chautauqua Institution rental.
